RETURNS AND POLICIES

PLEASE KNOW: All of our textiles and artworks are made to order in our South Australian studio and make take up to 4 weeks to ship. For some of our bridal pieces, production time may take 4-6 weeks. Email us at phoebe@huntermade.com.au if you need something by a certain date.

Our default shipping cost for all Australian (domestic) orders is a flat rate of $10 AUD, this is either calculated into the price or added on. Any item over $300 will be sent signature required. If you cannot be home to sign for your package, we can send it without signature required but are not liable for its loss or damage. Orders should be accompanied with tracking information. All international orders are shipped with a flat rate of $20 AUD. 

For all international orders please allow 6-8 weeks for arrival. Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. 

Returns

Because we are a very small production and pieces are made to order, returns are only accepted if you receive a wrong or damaged shipment. You may return (for a full refund, shipping included) or exchange that item within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us within 30 days to facilitate a return on a damaged or incorrect product.

All custom pieces are FINAL SALE. 

Repairs

We are happy to make repairs to any of our pieces. Repairs are often free of charge but may incur a small fee for materials on a case by case basis. Shipping fees on repaired items are the responsibility of the buyer. All repair inquiries can be submitted to phoebe@huntermade.com.au

Custom Work

Custom commissions are accepted on a case by case basis. To create a custom design email us at phoebe@huntermade.com.au 

Materials

All of our pieces are made by hand in our South Australia studio (some are made at my mum's studio such as the cards). We use dye derived from plants and natural materials (this may mean fading will occur due to the nature of natural dye). Most of our fabrics are sourced from Beautiful Silks.
